Juan De La Torre, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelors in Political Science (2002) and a Masters in Public Administration (2008). He attended law school at Florida A & M College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern districts of Florida.

Prior to his opening his private practice, Attorney De La Torre worked as an advocate for immigrant rights with the organization formerly known as National Council of La Raza, now known as UnidosUS. During law school, he worked for the Public Defender’s office in and for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida which includes Orange and Osceola Counties.

Attorney De La Torre is currently a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida, the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for Metro Orlando, and the local & national chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He also sits on the board of “Mercy Ayuda”, also known as the Mercy Foundation, which is a charitable organization which collects schools supplies, Christmas toys and raises funds for impoverished children.

His practice is dedicated to criminal, immigration and civil mattes including family law and business practice.
